Happy 150th Birthday Kansas

Happy 150th Birthday Kansas!!

Kansas Day was Saturday, January 29. Kansas turned 150. We got to celebrate with a Kansas Day birthday party. Grandma and Grandpa made a cake with a candle (he iced it in the outline of the state). The kids blew out the candle and we clapped by 10s to 150 to represent Kansas' age. Our daughter helped Grandma decorate the table and provide Kansas related activities for each of us to do. Happy Birthday Kansas! We enjoyed a cake in your honor.
