The kiddos had a chance to check out wheat harvest and even ride on a combine. Both of them had ridden a simulator at Exploration Place. http://kansas150th-150thingstodoinkansas.blogspot.com/2011/03/32-exploration-place.html Our daughter had gotten the chance to ride a combine on a school field trip, but this was the first time our son was ever on a real combine. He could only describe it as AWESOME!!! I'm glad they got to have this experience.
