The increasing price of gas & our gas guzzling vehicle is having a big impact on our trip funds and is making these trips more and more difficult. So, we will be finishing what we had planned for April and then taking a break for a while until our budget has a little more breathing room. We are glad we have so many followers and people enjoying this journey with us, but we need your help.
We cannot be taking long trips at this point due to gas prices and hotel costs. So, we need all of you to let us know what exciting things are out there in North-West or North-Central Kansas. Also, let us know what is free or low cost but still fun to do for the family, without overnight lodging. Shoot some of you may even know of a super economical gas friendly vehicle we could trade our van in on...or know a few corporate sponsors for us...gas, hotels.etc. (hee hee hee)
I refuse to say we are done because there are still so many fun things we would like to do. However, we will be staying close to home for a while. So, let's all hope and pray the price of gas goes down instead of up so we can start travelling the whole state again.
