Our final adventure on September 17 took us to Ellsworth where we got batteries for the camera so all is well. The town of Ellsworth itself has a lot of history if you take time and pay attention. There are seventeen silhouettes around town and they are tons of fun. They certainly make you show down and pay attention.
We did get to spend some time exploring the Hodgen House Museum Complex where we found more of the silhouettes.
Our daughter had a great time with the scavenger hunt looking for certain items in the rooms of the house |
Angel's favorite building |
The kiddos had a great time playing on the playground and we got to explore a cowboy store and see shelves and shelves of boot, hats, cowboy clothes, etc. Ellsworth seems to appreciate its cowboy heritage.
The kiddos think we need both pigs at our house |
