Our journey August 5 took us along Hwy 160. We were excited to find a produce stand along the road--even bought some yummy produce to take home and enjoy. The kiddos loved their little cantaloupes--they each had one of the own.
We were saddened to see the dry creek beds along the way. This part of the state could sure use some rain right about now.
We ate lunch in Wellington and got to enjoy the mural and the statues of the children outside the library. We don't have any photos, but did stop for a drink in Coldwater. Angel was the only one of us who got "cold water in Coldwater." Hee Hee.
